Pastries made with free-range eggs from the mobile henhouses of the Ptit Gaud farm in Vétraz-Monthoux.

Spreadable delights, cookies to be enjoyed with only good natural ingredients. A composition with only what is necessary for one objective: pleasure.
An entirely artisanal production!
You can find them in a selection of delicatessens, organic stores, bakeries in the L'Arve valley in Haute Savoie.

The ingredients are certified from Organic Farming. All of my grocery production has been labeled AB by Alpes Contrôle.
The sugar used is cane sugar and when the recipe allows it I use whole sugars.

The semi-complete flour from the biscuit factory is crushed with a stone grinder. It is an ancestral process which makes it possible to have a flour richer in nutritional elements and minerals. It is a peasant flour of ancient wheat from EARL Baltassat, it naturally contains less gluten. The farm is located in Bonne in Haute-Savoie, 35 minutes from the workshop.

All year round. Direct sale at the workshop by appointment and also on Saturday and Sunday from 1:30pm to 6pm in August.
