The Pressoir

Magnificent Savoyard house in a very peaceful setting with superb views, located in the commune of St Sigismond.
The house has 6 bedrooms that can accommodate 10 people, in an atmosphere that is both modern and traditional.

• Outside:
Plenty of space, opportunity to go sledging around the house, or even have lunch outside in the sun.

• Ground floor:
- Main entrance hall, space for ski boots and clothes ;
Laundry room: drying rack, washing machine, tumble dryer, washing kit + freezer.
- Kitchen and dining room
Modern kitchen with induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine (ground coffee), dishwasher, fridge.
- In the dining room, table for 10 people, mini-lounge, lounge table around the fireplace (please note that fires are not permitted for insurance reasons).
This whole area is bathed in sunlight throughout the afternoon and evening.
- Bedroom for 4: 1 double bed (possibility of 2 single beds) and 2 bunk beds;
- Bathroom with shower and toilet
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 room with a workbench and something to store bags and other clothes.

• On the 1ᵉʳ floor:
A wooden staircase that leads you to the first floor, which comprises:
- 1 bedroom with single bed and small en-suite bathroom;
- 1 large bathroom with bath ;
- 1 wc
- 1 large lounge with sofas, armchairs, coffee table, games table, games cupboards, hi-fi, small television ;
- 1 small library


• 2nd floor :
- 1st double bedroom overlooking the valley

The chalet is fully equipped, with exclusive occupancy and everything is included:
On your arrival, beds are made and towels, hairdryer in 2 bathrooms.
Free wifi access.
On your arrival, the concierge service will welcome you and show you around, with a welcome gift waiting for you, and will also be on hand when you leave. They will be on hand to help you during your holiday at the chalet.
In the event of heavy snow, access to the house from the car park will be cleared. For the rest of your stay, snow shovels are available if required.
