Gîte of 72m2 landscaped garden of an old renovated farmhouse (terraced), including housing of the owners as well as another owner (which has its own access on its side). Independent access, on one floor: fitted kitchen, living room with Tv and sofa bed (very good comfort in sleeping mode), bedroom 1 with 2 beds 90cmx190cm, bedroom 2 with 1 bed 140x190cm. Bathroom with walk-in shower, separate wc with hand wash. Sheets are provided, beds are made on arrival, and bathroom linen is included. Wifi Internet. Corner terrace with furniture and barbecue, communal courtyard, and large common garden in summer (not closed). Towns of Cluses (all shops and services) 7km. Annecy, Geneva and Lake Geneva 50 minutes, Chamonix 40 minutes. Skiing in Morillon (Grand Massif domain) at 13km - 15 minutes. Reduction 10% for 3 consecutive weeks.
