Our history :
The Noyer cheese factory was born in 1996, at the time we only visited the Chablais markets.
Little by little, we got closer to our customers and opened cheese factories in Evian-les-Bains, Thonon-les-Bains, Saint-Paul-en-Chablais, Annemasse, Morzine, Douvaine and Cluses.
