Handicap moteur

The car park is near the entrance to the apartment, in a gravel yard. The entrance is less than ten metres from the parking lot. To get to the front door, the path is wide and only a small threshold of 4cm is to be crossed. The front door is 92cm wide with a threshold of 2cm. The ground floor includes the living room and kitchen to share with the owners. Everything is on the same level, with no thresholds or steps. The ground floor has large volumes and is easy to get around. To get into the room, you have to climb 16 steps 19cm high and 30cm deep. A handrail is present only on one side of the stairs. Once at the top of the stairs, the room has no steps or thresholds. The floor is private and composed as follows: - A living room that gives access to a balcony. The door is a double-beating glass door with a threshold of 3cm. - A room with a double bed with a door 78cm wide. The bed is at a height of 50cm. The room can be obscured by traditional wooden manual shutters. - A bathroom with a toilet. The door is 83cm wide. The toilet is 40cm high. The shower measures 80cmx140cm with a step of 8cm. The entrance to the shower is 55cm wide. If requested, it is possible to install a booster seat in the shower to sit. Outside, access to the pool is via the entrance gates mentioned above. You have to go down the 10 steps and then another 15cm step. There is then a sloped ramp that allows you to go to the pool, it is 89cm wide. Owners do not have a suitable launch device and steps allow you to enter the water (see photos). Nearby owners will listen to the person's needs. The owners have already had the opportunity to welcome a group of young people with motor disabilities.

Accommodation can be booked by email. It is not a problem for owners to give the information in writing, even once there. Owners do not speak sign language. Nearby owners will listen to the person's needs.

There is simply a double-beating glass door that gives access to the balcony. This door is not equipped with contrast stickers. The accommodation is not particularly contrasted and is composed mainly of wood. Service dogs are accepted. Nearby owners will listen to the person's needs.

Handicap mental

The accommodation is located in a small hamlet, on a road where few cars circulate, so there is very little passage. The house is partially fenced. The toilet closes with a sliding lock. The room doesn't lock. The bathroom mixer is thermostatic. A swimming pool is set up in the garden. When not in use, it is covered. No presence of suitable pictogram. Nearby owners will listen to the person's needs.
