Gîte (44m2) on the ground floor of an old renovated country farmhouse, also including the owner's accommodation on the garden level.
The cottage has its own private entrance (2 access steps from the car park).
Integrated kitchen area open to living room (sofa, TV), bedroom (1 bed 140x190cm + trundle sofa bed offering an extra bed 140x190cm), bathroom (shower, wc).
Sheets and end of stay cleaning are included. Possibility to rent towels.
Small balcony area at the entrance of the gite with table with 2 chairs, and large grounds in front of the house (free access for guests).
Possibility to park in front of the entrance of the gîte.
The house is located at 230m from the highway, and 45m from the departmental road (potential noise pollution when the windows are open).
Center of Magland, shops and commercial area of Sallanches 4km. Sallanches town center 6km away.
Ilettes leisure center 4km away: summer swimming, fishing, snacks...
Skiing 16km away in winter: Les Carroz (Grand-Massif), Combloux or Saint-Gervais.
Arpenaz waterfall 1.5km away. Cycle route from Lake Geneva to Mont-Blanc on site.
