The entrance is through a glass door that is 80 cm wide with a 3 cm threshold. Please note that the building’s entrance has a rubber mat with holes larger than 2 cm.
Apartment 302: The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building. To reach it, you must climb 50 spiral steps, each 17 cm high, with no handrail.
Once you reach the floor, there are no thresholds or steps.
The apartment’s front door is 87 cm wide.
The apartment is laid out as follows:
- A bathroom: The bathroom door is 70 cm wide. The toilet is 40 cm high. The sink is 83 cm high. The bathtub is 41 cm high. The bathtub measures 55 x 104 cm and is 35 cm deep. Upon request, a booster seat can be installed in the bathtub to allow the user to sit.
- A double bedroom: The door is 78 cm wide. The bed is 45 cm high. The room can be darkened using simple manual wooden shutters and curtains.
- A pantry (accessible from the double bedroom): the entry door is 78 cm wide. This pantry provides access to a balcony, which has a 3-cm threshold from the inside and an 8-cm threshold from the outside.
- A bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed: with a 78-cm-wide door. The double bed is 49 cm high, and the lowest bunk bed is 35 cm high. The bedroom can be darkened using simple manual wooden shutters and curtains.
- The kitchen and living room: Access is through a 78-cm-wide door. The countertop is 86 cm high, and the table is 75 cm high at the underside of the tabletop. The sofa bed is 40 cm high.
- A balcony accessible from the living room via a 70-centimeter-wide walkway. The balcony door is 120 centimeters wide, with a 5-centimeter step on the inside and a 10-centimeter step on the outside. The balcony has a walkway depth of 1.10 meters.

The apartment is located in a small building at the intersection of two roads that tend to have fairly heavy traffic year-round. The property is not fenced in.
The bathrooms and toilets lock with a simple twist latch. The bathtub faucets are easy to use (except in Apartment 101, where the faucet is thermostatic).
Apartment 302: The bedrooms do not lock.
