Detached chalet of 96m2 built on 2 levels in an authentic sector, overlooking the valley of Giffre. On the ground floor (access by 6 external steps): entrance hall, bedroom 1 (2 beds 80x190cm - twin on request bed 160cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm), bathroom (shower), independent toilet. On the floor: integrated kitchen opened on vast stay (Tv, dvd, hifi, stove, table football), giving access to the South terrace with furniture, parasol and barbecue. Petanque.
Cellar with washing machine and wc. Sheets are included. Private parking space under shelter, or in front of the chalet. Ski locker.
In winter, cross-country skiing at Agy 4.5km, downhill skiing at Les Carroz at 10km (Grand Massif ski area). Shuttle to 2km.
Many hikes in the vicinity or Agy in summer. Town of Taninges at 10km, Cluses 12km, Chamonix-Mont-Blanc at 50 minutes by car.
